A Second Chance

Reentry & Restoration Initiative

Active — Limited Availability
A Second Chance Reentry and Restoration Initiative supporting employment, resource connections, dignity, and new beginnings.

Your past does not cancel your purpose.

A Second Chance is The House of UHS Foundation's reentry and restoration initiative. It is being developed to help people rebuild stability after incarceration, justice-system involvement, or other major life setbacks by connecting them with employment pathways, practical resources, supportive organizations, and opportunities to move forward with dignity.

A Fresh Start. A Stronger Future.

1

Employment and Workforce Support

Participants will be connected with second-chance employers, workforce training, résumé assistance, interview preparation, educational opportunities, and other pathways toward meaningful employment.

2

Resources for Stability

The initiative will help individuals locate appropriate community resources involving identification documents, housing, transportation, food, healthcare, benefits, legal support, education, and other reentry needs.

3

Restoration and Community Connection

A Second Chance will encourage personal growth, dignity, accountability, supportive relationships, and meaningful community connection without allowing a person's past to define their future.

Everyone deserves the opportunity to begin again.
