Standing beside those who stood for us.

The Salute honors veterans, currently serving and active-duty service members, military families, and military-connected households by connecting them with support, resources, recognition, and opportunities to move forward.

Why It Exists

The Heart Behind The Salute

Felicia Crest

U.S. Army Veteran • Founder & CEO

For our founder, Felicia Crest, this mission is personal. As a U.S. Army veteran, she carries her commitment to service into the heart of UHS. The Salute is an extension of that commitment—standing beside the military community with unity, healing, and support.

Those who served and those who continue to serve our country deserve to know their sacrifices are remembered and valued. The Salute was created to honor veterans, currently serving and active-duty service members, military families, and military-connected households with the same commitment they showed — standing beside them as they navigate life's next chapter.
